Q1: How will I be billed?
For Individual Memberships, we will charge the credit card account you provide at sign-up on a
monthly basis. For Corporate accounts, billing method will be determined at time of
account set up.
Q2: What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
To enjoy uninterrupted service, please remember to update your credit card
information (including expiration date) on a regular basis.
Q3: What if I have a billing error?
If you have questions about your bill, please email us at billing@personable.com.
Q4: How do I cancel my service?
If you wish to cancel your service please log into your account and go to your "Account Manager" by double clicking the icon on the virtual desktop. On the menu to the left click the "Help" link and then the "Close Account" link.
After submitting the form, a billing staff member will be in contact with you by email to confirm your cancellation.
