I like the product very much and was impressed by the follow up of the support people. Since the initial installation it has worked flawlessly. My documents now go from the scanner to the shredder and with proper backup I have the assurance I can locate them as needed.

Because the software largely meets our needs today, I am “very confident” that given its current state, improvements will only serve our needs better. This affordable QuickBooks add-on is a great way for small businesses to get into document management. In addition to linking a file of any type that has an associated program that can display it, this tool also has the ability to add “sticky notes” using the “MyNotes” and “Hot Notes” features to a QuickBooks record (many transactions and lists).

We use SourceLink with QuickBooks to link contracts to customers and vendors, loan documents to liability accounts, and board minutes to significant transactions. Easy to use and no paper files to search.

SourceLink is elegant, intuitive and powerful! I don’t have to worry about filing. TurboFolder does it for me. I tried PaperSave; the solution was difficult to use, had design bugs and the proprietary filing system limited my access. Additionally, CabinetNG’s solution was too complex for my needs. I wanted something that was easy, fast and well-designed.

I am thoroughly enjoying the purchase of SourceLink 2011….it has been incredible so far in terms of productivity.

With Source link we can manage things easily and also its saves lots of time in find the related attachment or invoice. I should say it’s a wonderful product to use with QuickBooks.
